Flounder are commonly found around sandy bottoms, channels, docks, and structure where they can stay hidden and ambush prey. These areas allow flounder to blend in and strike passing baitfish.
We typically target flounder by slowly working live bait or soft plastics along the bottom, focusing on structure and drop-offs. Patience and controlled movement are key to getting consistent bites.
