It has been an unbelievable June and July.   Had the pleasure of taking former Bucs OC Greg Olson and now Vegas Raider, and his son out for some tarpon and snook action.  We were able to land two tarpon and 3 snook over 34 inches with the biggest going 37!   Every fish was site casted making for an amazing day!!

Snook fishing continues to produce some great fish on the beaches as well as inside the bay, this is close to our Scottsdale hotels.   We are starting to gradually see a push of oversized redfish as well.   Not the big herds like we get in the fall, but some quality fish on the flats.   The water temp is extremely high.   In between spots we’ve been taking a dip on the beach so don’t be afraid to sweat a little.  The ocean is a perfect spot to cool off.

There are a few tarpon still around.   We’ve been dead baiting them and throwing crabs at them when the winds subside enough to go look.

The mackerel and snapper action is red hot.   Live and dead baits chummed behind the boat has made for some action packed days and bloody t shirts.

July is pretty full and we’re booking August and September!!   Give me a call!!
